What kind of food can I use and how many meals can I schedule?
The dispenser is designed for dry kibble (recommended size 0.2-0.6 inches). You can program up to 10 meals per day, with each meal containing up to 12 adjustable portions to perfectly manage your pet's diet.
Will the food clog, and is the feeder easy to clean?
We use an Anti-Sticking Grain Design to minimize clogs common in traditional feeders. The bowl and the storage container are detachable for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Does the Wi-Fi model work with 5G networks?
The Wi-Fi Model requires a 2.4G network connection. Most modern routers broadcast both 2.4G and 5G signals. If you have a dual-band router, simply ensure your smartphone is connected to the 2.4G band during the initial setup process.
