What is the difference between the Regular and Upgrade models?
Both the Regular and Upgrade models feature the same 3L capacity, silent pump, and quadruple filtration system. The difference is the Upgrade model includes an integrated Blue LED Light. This light serves as an indicator and helps in the prevention of burning (if the water level runs too low).
What does the 'Filter Element' option mean and why is it cheaper?
Crucial Note! The 'Filter Element' option is for purchasing the Cartridge Cotton (a kit of 6 filter groups) only. It DOES NOT include the Water Fountain. It is cheaper because it is the replacement accessory.
Is the fountain really quiet? How loud is it?
Absolutely. It uses a silent brushless pump. The operating noise level is as low as 30dB, ensuring it won't interrupt your pet's sweet dreams or your own.
How do I clean the fountain, and how often?
The fountain parts can be disassembled and cleaned one by one. Water should be replaced once every 3 days, and the tank and filter should be cleaned at the same time. Clean the pump once a month to prevent blockage.
How often should I replace the filter element?
To ensure your pet always drinks fresh water, it is recommended to replace the filter element typically once a month, during the tank cleaning.
What is the maximum water temperature the tank can handle?
The water tank is not resistant to high temperatures. The water temperature in the tank cannot exceed 60°C.
